Terms and Conditions Agreement 

"These terms and conditions apply to all learners participating in our program. They are designed to ensure a positive, productive learning environment where everyone can meet their educational goals."

Training Overview:

The Training program includes live classes, video presentations, interactive sessions, and assignments. Learners must commit to actively participating in all training activities.

By participating in this training program by Pollard Consults, you ("Learner") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Learner Commitments:

  • Attend all scheduled training sessions, both online and in-person.
  • Keep video cameras turned on during live sessions.
  • Arrive on time for all sessions.
  • Complete individual and group submit assignments on time.
  • Act respectfully towards others and maintain the confidentiality of shared information.
  • Use training materials and login credentials to the Learning Management System (LMS) solely for personal use.
  • Notify Pollard Consults in advance of any absence or delay.
  • All  training materials are the intellectual property of Pollard Consults and are protected by copyright laws. Learners may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell training materials without written consent.

  • All communication, whether with instructors or other learners, should be professional, respectful, and constructive. Inappropriate or offensive language will not be tolerated.

Fees Payments and Cancellation:

Due to the nature of the service, we provide, fees are non-refundable after 14 days of the program start date. If you start the course and determine the program is not a good fit for you, that’s ok. You can request a refund on or before 14 days after the program start date. We will only deduct an admin charge of $70 CAD.

 

Changes and Cancellations:

Pollard Consults may make changes to the training schedule, curriculum, or trainers. Pollard Consults may cancel or reschedule the training due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment.

 

Limitation of Liability:

Pollard Consults and trainers are not liable for any direct or indirect damages. Pollard Consults is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or illness during the Training.
